By accessing lembu99.club, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager through the platform, you ("Member", "you", "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules published on lembu99.club (collectively, the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must cease using lembu99 immediately.

The lembu99 platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. lembu99 applies a strict minimum age of 21 and will request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 will be immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited in accordance with applicable compliance obligations.
2. You are accessing the platform as a private individual and not on behalf of a business or corporate entity for the purpose of operating or reselling gaming services.
3. You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of lembu99 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. lembu99 makes no representation that its services are lawful in any particular location.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or close family member of any lembu99 entity.

lembu99 operates under an international gaming licence. No claim is made that lembu99 holds any Malaysian domestic gaming authority licence or permit.

Each Member may hold only one (1) active lembu99 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the duration of your membership. lembu99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to government-issued photo identification and proof of address — to verify your identity, age, and source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your lembu99 account is your sole responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. You must notify lembu99 live support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

All transactions on lembu99 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating banks), and USDT TRC20. lembu99 reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification ("KYC") completion. Verified accounts in good standing typically receive MYR eWallet withdrawals within minutes during normal operating conditions; processing times may vary and are not guaranteed.

lembu99 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The payment method used for withdrawal must match, where practicable, the method used for deposit. lembu99 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual.

Deposits that are subject to an active bonus wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fulfilled in accordance with the applicable bonus terms.

lembu99 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods, game contribution weightings, and maximum withdrawal limits that are specified at the time the bonus is awarded or published in the applicable promotion page.

Bonuses are intended for recreational use by genuine individual Members. lembu99 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it reasonably determines that a Member has exploited a bonus offer through low-risk wagering strategies, arbitrage, collusion, or any method inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. lembu99's determination in such matters is final and binding.

Promotional offers may be withdrawn or amended at any time at lembu99's sole discretion. lembu99 is under no obligation to offer the same promotion to all Members simultaneously.

All bets placed on lembu99 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game type — sportsbook, live casino, slots, esports, or other product categories. Game-specific rules are published within the respective product section and form part of this Agreement.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server interruption, game client crash, or data feed failure — lembu99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Member's account. All game outcomes are generated by independently certified RNG systems (for casino and slots products) or by official sporting results (for sportsbook products). In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the verified certified result, the verified result shall prevail.

lembu99 reserves the right to refuse, cap, or restrict any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Members identified as professional or advantage players may have their maximum stake limits reduced.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

1. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any time;
2. Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial means to interact with the platform;
3. Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain;
4. Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the platform;
5. Colluding with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
6. Multi-accounting or allowing another person to use your account;
7. Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward lembu99 staff or other Members.

lembu99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including where lembu99 reasonably suspects a breach of this Agreement, has compliance obligations to meet, or receives an instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting live support. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon verification and result in the permanent or temporary closure of the account in accordance with the Member's stated preference. Self-excluded Members may not open a new account during the exclusion period.

Upon closure of a Member's account (whether voluntary or involuntary), any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and funds under investigation) will be returned to the Member via the primary verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

lembu99's services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lembu99 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

lembu99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming winnings due to platform unavailability. lembu99's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lembu99 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to its platform and accepts no liability for downtime, maintenance windows, or service degradation caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lembu99's operating entity is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

lembu99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on lembu99.club at the time of any relevant event shall be the version that applies to that event.
